Usage Policy
- Daily Kilometer Limit: 250 km per day. Extra km will be charged based on vehicle category.
Additional Terms
- Fuel Policy: Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup. Fuel cost is borne by the customer.
- Cleanliness & Return Condition: Car must be returned clean. Excess dirt, stains, or spills may incur cleaning charges.
- Outstation Travel: Inform in advance for interstate/long-distance trips (permits/tolls may apply).
- Late Return Charges: Late returns may incur hourly/daily charges.
- Insurance Coverage: All vehicles have insurance as per legal requirements. The renter is liable for damages not covered by insurance or caused by negligent driving.
- No pending challans (traffic violations)
- Vehicle returned without damage
- In case of deductions (damage/challans), the amount will be adjusted accordingly.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
- Booking Confirmation: A minimum of 40% advance payment is required to confirm booking. Without this, booking will not be considered confirmed.
- Same-Day Cancellations: Subject to a cancellation fee (amount disclosed at booking).
- Next-Day Cancellations: Non-refundable.
