Eligibility & Documentation
- Minimum Age Requirement : The renter must be 18 years or older and must possess a valid Indian driving license.
- ID Verification :It is mandatory to share a clear image of your Driving License along with Aadhar Card or PAN Card for identity verification before vehicle
Security Deposit & Refund Policy
- Refundable Security Deposit: Required at the time of vehicle pickup (amount varies by vehicle).
- Deposit Adjustments: Refunded within 24–48 hours after return if:
- No pending challans (traffic violations)
- Vehicle returned without damage
- In case of deductions (damage/challans), the amount will be adjusted accordingly.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
- Booking Confirmation: A minimum of 40% advance payment is required to confirm booking. Without this, booking will not be considered confirmed.
- Same-Day Cancellations: Subject to a cancellation fee (amount disclosed at booking).
- Next-Day Cancellations: Non-refundable.
